Welcome to www.happings.com ("happings" from now on). By accessing happings.com you are agreeing to the following terms, which are designed to make sure that happings.com works for everyone. Happings.com is provided to you by

The terms and conditions of use may be changed at any time by Happings.com online, and your continued access to the website means that you agree to be bound by the most current version of the terms and conditions of use.

1.What is a Happing

An HAPPINGS is any happenings, events, offers, discounts  and deals published online in real-time. Users can check the happings around where they are in real time. These happings may be both public and private, cultural and commercial. .

2. How happings.com works

HAPPINGS.COM operates as an intermediary and does not create any contractual relationship with consumers, users. All proposals published on HAPPINGS.COM refer to the products or services to be provided by trading partners (premium users), to whom belongs the exclusive ownership of the sales contract.  

3. Using Happings.com

As a condition of your use of Happings.com you agree that you will not:
1. violate any laws;
2. violate the Posting Rules;
3. post any threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent material;
4. be false or misleading;
5. infringe any third-party right;
6. distribute or contain spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
7. distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Happings.com or the interests or property of Happings.com users;
8. impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of Happings.com;
9. copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent;
10. use any robot spider, scraper or other automated means to access Happings.com and collect content for any purpose without our express written permission;
11. harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;
12. bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to Happings.com.
13. you are solely responsible for all information that you submit to Happings.com and any consequences that may result from your post. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breeching the above terms. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user's usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user's registration.
It is prohibited to post or transmit to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.
Happings.com may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any areas on the site where users transmit or post submissions, including but not limited to bulletin boards and the content of such submissions. Happings.com, however, will have no liability related to the content of any submissions, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise. Entitled parties, in particular the owners of copyright, trademark rights or other rights owned by third parties can report any offers which many infringe on their rights, and submit a request for this offer to be removed. Happings.com retains the right to remove submissions that include any material deemed abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unacceptable.

4. Disclaimer

HAPPINGS.COM does not deliver the services or products subject to the offer published by the trading partners. The products and services will be provided by the trading partner (premium user), which remains solely liable to the purchaser (or to whom will receive the good or service) for compliance, accuracy, safety and in general for the content and the quality of the service or product.
Price4few does not accept any responsibility upon the information that premium users include on their offer.
Price4few does not make any control on the content published by third parts and/or premium members, therefore in no event accepts liability of any description for the posting of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information, or material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.

5. Copyright

Happings.com and all content of Happings.com is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and other intellectual property rights. We do not permit the use of the Happings.com logo by third parties absent a written license agreement of Price4few.
If you make postings to Happings.com providing false contact details or impersonating another party we reserve the right to pass your details and IP address on to the aggrieved third party, their agents or any law enforcement
agency.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, create derivative works, store electronically, transmit or in any way exploit for commercial gains or otherwise, any content or posted information on Happings.com

6. Cookies

7. Privacy policy. We manage the personal data according to Italian d.lgs.193/2003

User authorizes Girolamo srls to manage, collect and archive the personal data, and the commercial information provided when filling in the registration and the subscription modules, with regards to comply with fiscal authorities, and to anything what is necessary to maintain and improve the services provided by Girolamo srls. Datas are stored in an archive whith all customers personal data. It is compulsory by law to provide personal data, to be able to offer the services that Girolamo srls provides on the website www.happings.com. If user does not accept to provide the personal and fiscal data, we cannot provide the service. The collected data will be sent to our administrative department to comply with the accounting and fiscal rules, and eventually will be sent to third parts to activate, manage and/or maintain the services provided by Girolamo srls.

8. Resolution of disputes.

Price4few agrees to find any possible transaction possibility that can solve any dispute arising from damages occurred, and otherwise to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, in compliance with the Italian law. User agrees that any claim or dispute that can arise against Girolamo srls  (that owns Happings.com) must be resolved by the court of Massa (tribunale di Massa), Italy.

9. Acceptance of the terms and conditions

By reading these terms users expressively accept all the  conditions indicated on the points 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9.
